The one thing I am passionate about...
Life, it is important for me to find my one soulmate and be happy in it.. I love life, travelling the world and more, and want to share the joy of it with him...most important, I want him to have found himself, to love his being aloneness, so that when we are together, its bliss.
I typically spend my leisure time
Reading, cooking good food, dancing, world travelling when possible. Gardening, with friends, watching a good movie or musical theatre. Taking short naps..yoga. Enjoying an outdoor experience like visiting a Mud thermal spa or something healing. World travel - absolutely a must for the person I want to be with,, I hope he has travelled outside of America, e.g like visiting a historic place of interest like an art museum or Maori village..in prayer when possible for inner and outer peace, to alleviate my suffering and those around me that I love, and for happiness always.
The most influential person in my life has been
the readiness to be available to a long term commitment toward marriage and wanting to have children. Loyalty, trust and understanding the importance of staying in a healthy committed relationship towards having a family for life, with no doubt in it.Understanding the importance of raising a family together. Knowing how to overcome obstacles and suffering, and getting through bumpy roads when it presents itself, and not running away from it.. that's how you grow. The ability to communicate in good and bad times, and to have fun doing it all. I want him to try to learn how to dance, why not, I'm a dancer. My dream is to dance with him always.
The first thing people notice about me
Being happy, loyal to my friends, having the ability to encourage others when times are tough. My upbeat energy, and positivity that motivates and encourages them to want to do better in life, and be better people around others and in daily life.
The last book I read and enjoyed
Athol Fugard's - Road to Mecca, about two women, one being an artist, sculpturist, that these two women genuinely cared about each other, despite being so far apart in age. It showed how they lived life believing in what they were doing, despite being judged by society for who they were or said to be in the society.
The three things which I am most thankful for
- My health, family and friends
- Having life to live and enjoy
- Being able to share it with the ones I love
The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me
That the color of my skin is not so important, or where I am from, rather, that who I am is more important, how I was raised by two loving parents, their ethics and values creating the being I am today. That taking the time to get to know me is of importance, rather than judge me based on my looks and choice of profession alone is more valuable to establishing a trust, and lifetime commitment.
Friends Describe me as
Happy, Loyal, Romantic, Spiritual
A little more about me
Establishing a trust is of utmost importance. To pursue a committed relationship thats meaningful your spiritual, psychological and general health is as important to me as you are. Inner transformation is imperative in understanding the self towards being in a healthy relationship together for a lifetime. Having true happiness on your own or together in quality time is essential..Enjoying your own space, and creating your happiness together is essential in being complete and happy for a lifetime. Without doubt I want to be with my true love and he must feel the same,,the movie the "Notebook", a small example of my believing in true love.
