More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

That's tough! I'm pretty passionate about education for individuals with disabilities--haha is that even what kind of answer they're looking for someone to put in this box?? Well really--I always tell people my passion is autism and children in general...so that will have to do!

I typically spend my leisure time

I have to admit I love my Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, Rescue Me, and American Idol...but that is late night when I'm in the wrong time zone! Lately I've had the opportunity to do some work on short films, it's been a blast! I love games with friends (recently discovered some cool Karaoke playstation contraption that is sooo cool!) and of course just hanging out and chatting. I recently moved to NYC so I've been enjoying exploring with a few of my co-workers. I spend a lot of my leisure time in a small town outside of London with friends I've met there...and i intend to spend a lootttt more leisure time using my flying benefits!!

The most influential person in my life has been

There isn't any one thing...it's a balance of many qualities!

The first thing people notice about me

Probably my smile--because my smile is always on ;)

The last book I read and enjoyed

Not recently--but I really loved "A Child Called It" and the two 'sequels' "The Lost Boy" and "Man Named Dave." Its a three part autobiography about a man who grew up abused by his parents and went into foster care. It's amazing...even my brother who refuses to read LOVED them!I also loved The Notebook...which I read well before the movie came out--PS Much better than the movie even!..Okay most Nicholas Sparks books are great!I'm in the process of reading The Secret like everyone else in the world!

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My family!!--Especially my relationship with my mom :)
  2. The awesome opportunities I've had in life.
  3. Always being true to myself.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

I like to think most people notice a lot about me pretty quickly...I suppose I hope that everyone realizes that I'm actually very open-minded despite my own beliefs.

Friends Describe me as

Caring, Good listener, Happy, Intelligent

A little more about me

I'm not going to lie here...I'm looking for someone who is marriage-minded...not tomorrow...not next month...not even this year...but it has to be a possibility at SOME point...I don't want to date someone for four years only to find that's something they would NEVER consider with anyone, you know? Wow...okay--that was hard to admit!!ALSO: due to my job I LIVE in New York City but spend around 50% of my time in the UK (London) so please be aware of that!
