More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

Sharing a purpose and common interest

I typically spend my leisure time

I am renovating my house.Every inch of time was spent on that project. Glad to report that now it is finished and ( finally) sold.

The most influential person in my life has been

To have a purpose outside of ourselves. I have worked around the world and I would like to find someone who lives the same way. I have to say in recent years I am slowing down. I have obligations in California to see to my mothers' health and well being so, recently I have moved back here.

The first thing people notice about me

I am not sure in that, I have never asked.

The last book I read and enjoyed

I read a lot of those Idiots' Guide to....I like the reader digest format

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. faith in God
  2. kindness, both giving and receiving
  3. family

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

Again, it never occurred to me to get this kind of feedback.

Friends Describe me as

Caring, Funny, Generous, Intelligent

A little more about me

In the past 10 years I lived in the USA, Denmark, Egypt, Israel, and Canada. I have always found creative work opportunities. Recently I have tried to be open to something new - to meet men who are nearly my age. I do try, and i find their advice on financial investments to how to underpin my basement very interesting and helpful. However, there is no chemistry on my part and this creates some awkwardness. Actually, Anderson Cooper would make a good match I don't know- we would catch up at lunch in Tokyo... It's impossible for me to drag a man half way around the world...unless he is already there.
