The one thing I am passionate about...
I am most passionate about the relationships shared with family and friends. The social fabric that keeps us connected. The trust we all depend on. The individual independence yet supportive nature of the values that keep us genuine and having the capability and opportunity to see or do just about anything. My career has provided all of the necessary things I need to live and breathe and has also been gracious enough to bless me with some fun toys.
I typically spend my leisure time
If I'm not out cruising on the motorcycle, on the boat or relaxing on the beach, I'm probably home studying for grad school or playing music. House improvement projects also keep me rather busy. I also like to travel, shop and find ways to make life easier, interesting and fun.
The most influential person in my life has been
A caring, honest and genuine approach to any and all situations and the ambition to chase your personal goals. To be emotionally and financially stable and passionately driven. If you don't mind the sand in your toes, snow on your boots, or getting your hands a little dirty, that's a definite plus. Mutual respect, honor and strong family and friends values that keep us bound and strong enough to be open to that constructive criticism because hey, we all need to be "checked" once in a while to be brought back down to earth, don't we?
The first thing people notice about me
A warm greeting and a smile that says I'm happy to see you.
The last book I read and enjoyed
Who Moved My Cheese. A book about the career minded, "are you going to wait for something to happen when work changes your routine or are you going to chase the sustenance you need to enjoy and prosper?" Sometimes we get conditioned and trapped by the job and the day to day routine. When these external forces change things, we may not know how to react. We need to be reminded that we are in control of ourselves, our actions and our future, that these external forces are just that, external. It all begins with the choice to make personal changes to exclude the negative influences and empower more positive influences in our lives.
The three things which I am most thankful for
- My family and the values that bind us together.
- My friends who share, listen, succeed, fail, help, and live life as best they can.
- The acheivements and successes in life so far, the opportunity to see or do anything.
The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me
That I'm rich..... in charisma and character, virtue and valor, humor and wit. Stimulating conversation? One of my fortes, I can hang with the best of them.
Friends Describe me as
Easy-Going, Funny, Hard Working, Intelligent
A little more about me
I love to travel but don't often enough, but my passport is ready. I have a passion for music and enjoy playing, writing and always looking out for the next best tune. Ice cream, need I say more? The bar scene was never my thing, always meeting people of the wrong caliber and that overwhelming sense of superficial callousness . I'm hoping that my second visit to this site may bring a positive change.
