More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

Trying to limit and describe what I'm passionate about might be impossible, but I'll give it a shot and I've got roughly five hundred or so characters left to do it.I love teaching and working with kids. I can't imagine myself doing anything else for the time being, making their world's just a little bit better makes me happy.I love writing and web designing and am currently working towards starting my own (very) small market publishing company. I spend most of my writing on philosophy, political commentary and whatever else pops in my head.I also love sports, music, poker and guitar.

I typically spend my leisure time

Working on my websites, playing bass guitar (badly), writing, reading, playing poker, shooting pool, listening to music, watching TV and hanging out with friends.

The most influential person in my life has been

Heart. If somebody's heart's not in the right place, if they have no sense of compassion or they're not willing to help other people out it's a major turn off. I'm a big fan of striving for the collective good of all, and I think it's important to have a partner who shares a similar mindset when dealing with other people.

The first thing people notice about me

...man...that's a good question. I'm going to say my sense of humor. I kinda pride myself on being able to crack jokes in just about any situation on any topic. I'm sure it comes off as cynical or sarcastic at times, but it's all in good fun, I promise.

The last book I read and enjoyed

Michael Crichton's "Prey". It was a good read, a fictional piece about nano-machines designed to mimic the behavior of predatory animals for lab tests, the escaped and began to evolve into predators themselves. He's probably my favorite author. I loved way each chapter ends with some unresolved crisis that just keeps the pages turning.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Good health.
  2. My own ability to work with kids and make people laugh.
  3. My friends and family. Without them I'd be lost.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

That my interests are incredibly diverse. I've got a million things that interest me and that I love to do and sometimes that pulls my heart in opposite directions, but I always manage to keep myself fairly balanced.

Friends Describe me as

Ambitious, Funny, Intelligent, Sweet

A little more about me

I'm pretty open. You wanna know something, just ask. I'd love to talk to you!
