More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I'm passionate about making the most out of life- whether it's traveling, learning something new, working on my house or in the yard or just spending time with family or friends. Family, friends, animals are an extremely important part of my life...I'm extremely lucky to have a very close knit family despite all the challenges life has thrown at us.

I typically spend my leisure time

Leisure time? That's funny. When I am home and not traveling for work, I'm at the gym, yoga, working on my house, reading, and catching up with friends. Now that the weather's nice, I try to be outside as much as possible even if it's just working in the yard.

The most influential person in my life has been

Honesty and commitment but also someone who takes time to be understanding and patient when life throws curve balls...

The first thing people notice about me

My eyes

The last book I read and enjoyed

The Road by Cormac McCarthy about a father struggling to keep his son safe in a post apocalyptic world. It's bleak and depressing but at the same time a wonderful story about love between a father and son. I had really mixed feelings about this book because the whole idea is so disturbing, but yet I couldn't put it down because the story about the relationship between the father and son is so compelling and draws you in. If anything, this story will definitely make you think about life, the world we live in and how quickly it could change.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Family and friends
  2. My education
  3. My pets

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

I'm not shy...just observant

Friends Describe me as

Ambitious, Good listener, Hard Working, Intelligent

A little more about me

I do tend to be pretty quiet when I first meet someone usually because I'm just trying to take everything in.
