More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

Life in general. I love new places, people, and experiences. I am also very passionate about hitting the snooze button and ice cream.

I typically spend my leisure time

I get home from work and usually put in some quality time with my dogs (I LOVE my dogs), go to the gym, catch up on some tv, maybe dinner with friends, and then to bed. On weekends I either hang out with my friends or am in the car driving to spend time with my family.

The most influential person in my life has been

I just want to be with someone that can embrace and appreciate who I am as a person. I need to be able to see eye-to-eye on the future and long-term goals, but I also want someone who can appreciate the present.

The first thing people notice about me

that I am hilarious. Ask anyone, they will confirm it.

The last book I read and enjoyed

Water for Elephants. It was fantastic. It definitly ranks on my list of all time favorites. I often give books away, but this was one of the rare ones that I felt compelled to put on my bookshelf so I can read it again. It was about the life of a man in a nursing home. He dropped out of vet school and joined the circus during the depression after his parents were killed. It sounds totally stupid, but it was the happiest and saddest book that I have read and it puts life and what is really important in perspective. (and no it is not a chick book, it was actually suggested to me by someone of the male sex)

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My family
  2. My friends
  3. My life. I feel extremely lucky to be where I am.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

I think sometimes my nature is lost behind my humor. I have a negative sense of humor. I am a very serious and loyal friend and would do anything I could to help any of my friends, but I don't think that is something you realize right away with me.

Friends Describe me as

Funny, Genuine, Hard Working, Outgoing

A little more about me

I don't really care for long walks on the beach. :)
