The one thing I am passionate about...
Life. A friend of mine once said (and possibly plagiarized) "any day you wake up is a good day."Laughter - especially laughter, because if you can't keep a sense of humor when things are tough, you're screwed. Learning new things, having new experiences, and exposing other people to things they've never experienced.Hmm, those all begin with "L." Maybe I'm also passionate about alliteration.
I typically spend my leisure time
Hiking, running, photography, cooking, live music, socializing with friends. Finding new and cool and fun things to do.
The most influential person in my life has been
Just one? Like there's one thing that carries enough weight to seal the deal? Puh-leeze.Enthusiasm - someone who's energetic, hasn't lost that youthful spark, is probably often mistaken for being younger than they are, and bristles at being called a grown-up, but knows how to behave (and communicate) like one when it counts. He also understands there's plenty of time to sleep when you're dead. A razor-sharp and lightening-fast wit and a healthy appreciation for sarcasm.Kindness - to waiters/waitresses, to animals, to children... A spine - someone who'll stand up for themselves/others when required.
The first thing people notice about me
The last book I read and enjoyed
How to Be a Villain: Evil Laughs, Secret Lairs, Master Plans and More (no, really! It was a gift). It's helping me with my mastery of evil plots and preparations for world domination.
The three things which I am most thankful for
- my health
- my friends
- my dogs
The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me
Eesh, I don't know. How "right away" is "right away?" I'm smarter than people often initially give me credit for.
Friends Describe me as
Articulate, Creative, Funny, Intelligent
A little more about me
If you like girls/women with long, flowing hair, I'm not the one for you. I'm allergic to cats - crazy allergic. An ex's cat put me in the emergency room.I'm wondering if you find this process as strange as I do, and are looking at my picture/profile wondering "what could I possibly have in common with her?" or "why on earth would eharmony think we're a match?" 'Cause I have to tell you, I'm feeling a bit of that myself...
