More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I am most passionate about acting. I remember when I was in high school I was doing a production of Little Shop of Horrors. The moment in the play where Audrey dies and Seymour is holding her in her arms. I was crying on stage and I looked up at the lights and my first thought was "I found God". It was the most exilerating and moving thing that had happened to me in my life. I love the exploration of acting; the mystery, the catharsis, the search for truth, the creativity of it all. It's a thrill.

I typically spend my leisure time

I also spend a lot of time working on plays. Reading. Walking in the park. Listening to music. I love to play poker online. Watch television or movies. Write poetry. Hang out with friends.

The most influential person in my life has been

The most important quality I am looking for in another person is a sense of humor and irony. Life can be tough and I admire someone who can look at the bad stuff and respect it's intensity yet laugh in the face off it.

The first thing people notice about me

I tend to be a very intense person. (I'm an actor!) Also, my own sense of humor.

The last book I read and enjoyed

I just read a book by Sam Harris called The End of Faith. Essentially the book attempts to make a case against the idea of faith given the new religious and spiritual challenges the world must deal with in the face of terrorism. I love it because I share the author's points of views.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. I am most thankful for my acting talent and health.
  2. I am most thankful for my parents love and support in all my goals and desires and the friendships I have gained along the way.
  3. I am thankful for good fortune regarding career success and people who have helped me on the way.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

How caring and loyal I am and can be. It tends to be my Achilles heal. I have a great deal of integrity.

Friends Describe me as

Good listener, Hard Working, Loyal, Perceptive

A little more about me

I love to have fun challenging discussions about life, spirituality and social decorum...just to name a few.
