The one thing I am passionate about...
This is the second time I had to do this bc the internet went out so it wont be as eloquent..running/cycling/lifting, softball, cheerleading, being outdoors, animals, kids, cooking, traveling, making people laugh by being retarded, dancing, I like to say f*ck..ha that's kind of inappropriate to be one of my passions...maybe it's not a passion..I am usually inappropriate though and/or blunt..even when I don't mean to be, cafe con leche...anything Spain related, like Spanish, friends, planning events or picnics..I'm always doing that, going out shopping, gosh I had so much more the last time I wrote this..movies, starbucks..yes i know, books..
I typically spend my leisure time
Well I really like sleeping in..some may say it's lazy, but then I also run 4 or 5 times a week and it's long distance so..I think I'm half and half. I really enjoy down time by cooking, eating, and working out. I also love to be in my car running errands and seeing friends.
The most influential person in my life has been
After initial attraction, humor, candidness
The first thing people notice about me
my personality. I'm a little quirky and loud and I love to laugh an make others laugh.
The last book I read and enjoyed
Ha ha...you're going to laugh. It was the UK version of Harry Potter. It has a lot of different vocabulary from the AMerican version. I read it in the airport...I had spent the night on a blanket in the Gatwick airport trying to get home from my studies for a family emergency..yes I definetly made friends with the couple with a blanket and an alarm clock :)Did you know that a magazine and drink cost me like $10!! Hence my decision to stay in the airport rather than blowing 300$ on a hotel room.
The three things which I am most thankful for
- Well...God and salvation. I mean I haven't been the best representative of Christ lately, saying f*ck for example to name a minor offense, but I do love him and realize that I would be without hope had I no Savior. I am very thankful that he chose to absolve my sinful nature by taking my place.
- Second..My family. Though I am definitely the odd one in it and feel that I don't fit in often...no one runs or cooks or likes to cycle or speak spanish...I'm the excentric one that brings life to our family but at the same time that sometimes creates jealousy among my two boring, introverted siblings. ...But they're all I have and I love them.
- Um, I thankful I'm an American...ok I know that sounds corny but if you're an American citizen, pardon my ethnocentrism, you are already one of the luckiest people on earth. So I'm definitely thankful that I live here, especially being a woman, and not like in the Dem. Rep. of the Congo...no offense.
The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me
I really don't know
Friends Describe me as
Funny, Outgoing, Physically Fit, Sweet
A little more about me
I'm just going to be honest. I feel really stupid doing this dating service thing...especially bc Im increasingly feeling that there are no 23 year olds on here, but I thought what the hell. It makes logical sense, though socially stigmatizing, and maybe I would meet a cool guy. Update! there are 23 year olds on here..and some are cute :) I mean I don't mind the 28's either..keep em coming
