The one thing I am passionate about...
Reading, golf, updating my websites though I haven't been keeping up with that lately, watching Horse Racing, playing cards or backgammon.
A sense of self, who they are and where they came from and the importance of those qualities.
My voice. I can get very loud without thinking about it. I'm good at modulating my voice but when I get excited, it can rise. Appearance-wise it's probably best to get these things into the open immediately: I wear dentures and have good sized gut sometimes from living well. I'm definitely not fat but a "six pack" is something I haven't had since I was in my 20's. And no, the belly is NOT caused by too many six packs.
Haven't read many whole books lately but I do read Daily Kos and Democratic Underground regularly. The last complete book I can remember reading was The DaVinci Code (actually re-read because I read it originally when it first came out) or the Bill Clinton auto-biography. I enjoyed both of these because of different reasons...The DaVinci Code because I just HAD to finish it. (The first half dozen Robin Cook or John Grisham books were like that but both of them have produced tame novels since then so I just don't pick up their latest offerings)....not enough room to tell you more.
My ability to grow as a human being. Even as an adult, I am not so set in my ways that I can't recognize when change is needed and then enact the change necessary.
Affectionate, Funny, Intelligent, Passionate
Diogenes is my favorite philosopher, the Yankees my favorite baseball team, the Jets my favorite football team, College basketball is REAL basketball while professional basketball isn't worth watching. I love to watch movies but won't go to a theatre unless it's something that just HAS to be experienced on a big screen. I love to cook just about anything but refuse to eat game meats or organ meats.
