The one thing I am passionate about...
Personal virtues such as Honor and Integrity are what I value the most on this Earth. It is actually less important to me that someone did something wrong then if they did so and decided to keep it hidden, because an accident or momentary slip is easy to forgive, while an active and conscious attempt at deception is a whole other level of scary.
I typically spend my leisure time
Ice-Skating, bowling, billiards, racquetball, reading, BBQs, hanging out with friends, and ending most nights with the daily show, colbert report, and checking my email.
The most influential person in my life has been
The most important trait a person can have is Honesty. An honest person is by default loyal, dedicated, and trustworthy.
The first thing people notice about me
I treat all people the same, regardless of thier backgrounds. Some people are caught off guard by this, particularly the ones with massive egos (such as professors or fast-food managers).
The last book I read and enjoyed
The Aid, by Ward Carroll. A Navy Seal is pulled out of action in Iraq to become a general's aid in the pentegon. I enjoyed the realism of the bureaucratic environment. The action sequences could have used a little more detail to add to the realism, but overall it was a good book.
The three things which I am most thankful for
- My Religious Background/Experiences
- My Friends and Family
- Being an American!
The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me
I get lonely sometimes too.
Friends Describe me as
Ambitious, Dependable, Intelligent, Warm
A little more about me
I believe that when a person has a great deal of trials in their lives, it is because they have been entrusted with them by the Lord. I wouldn't choose to have anything close to the tests of faith in the Bible, but if I stopped receiving everyday challenges I might begin to worry. Luckily I lead and interesting life.
