More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I am most passiante about these five things: 1. My faith, love, and belief in God 2. Finding my soul mate and developing and maintaining a good, strong, and healthy relationship 3. My family - biological, extended, and church 4. Loving and living life. 5. Traveling and seeing new and exciting places

I typically spend my leisure time

I love to travel. My favorite places are the Caribbean and Paris. In my free time, I like to relax at home, watch movies, and cook when time permits. I also like eating out. I like tasting different types of ethnic foods - especially foods with curry and coconut. I guess I'm an island girl at heart. Spending time with family and close friends will always have a special place in my heart. I also enjoy getting involved in my church and singing in the choir. I don't go out very often, but I like to hand dance (took classes). I also like jazz concerts and sporting events. And like most ladies, I love to shop - Enough said!

The most influential person in my life has been

There is no "one" quality, so I'd have to say a person who is "real" and has good down home qualties and values.

The first thing people notice about me

Down to earth, fun-loving personality.

The last book I read and enjoyed

Confessions of a Video Vixen - Wow, I'm still in shock over that one. I also read Understanding your Emotions - by Joyce Meyer. It's about understanding your weaknesses and strengths, and working on becoming a better person by handling your emotions in a positive manner. It speaks to everyday events that go on in ones life, and how to overcome certain circumstances.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. God and Church
  2. Family and Friends
  3. Health and Wealth

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

The beauty within!

Friends Describe me as

Caring, Funny, Optimistic, Warm

A little more about me

In order to get to know a person, you have to look on the inside and not just on the outside. Because the inside is where the heart is, and that's where you find the real you - it's the essence of you!
