More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

It's essential that I get my play in every day. I also have very strong ties with my family and friends.By the way: I don't have an e-harmony subscription after February!!!

I typically spend my leisure time

I always have to do something different or I bore easily. This week: a birthday party at SideTrack, a fundraiser for the Humane Society, celebrating Chinese New Year in Chinatown and a facial/sa day with a friend.

The most influential person in my life has been

Someone who is free to come out and play--and wants to spend time with me.

The first thing people notice about me

I'm funny, and offbeat. One friend says I'm "Erma Bombeck meets Heidi Fleiss."

The last book I read and enjoyed

I'm finishing a book called, "The Year of Yes". A great read. Usually I gravitate to mysteries.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. my children and family
  2. my friends
  3. the opportunities to travel

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

I have no technological abilities--electronics baffle me. I avoid reading Users Guides and basically just want to plug and play electronics cause I can put batteries in, but figuring out all the cords, etc. drives me nuts.

Friends Describe me as

Easy-Going, Energetic, Funny, Generous

A little more about me

I have season tickets to Broadway in Chicago and go to Ravinia as often as I can--one of the best things about Chicago is there is so much to do. Art, movies, street festivals, day trips.I also don't have an e-harmony subscription after February!!!
