More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

Learning about new things. Living in other cultures. Working on the set. Dancing. Travel, film, theatre, good conversation, good food and a good laugh. History, culture, languages, art and architechture, nature. Drawing, painting, writing, photography. I think believing you can do something fantastic is the only way you're going to accomplish it. I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt and being kind. My relationships with my friends and family are integral to who I am as a person and maintaining them is a major priority in my life. I lived abroad for almost five years - England and Italy - and I plan on moving back sometime.

I typically spend my leisure time

Right now, trying to start a business, write a script, paint/draw and forward my career.

The most influential person in my life has been

I guess it's a toss-up between honesty and respect...no, actually, it would be respect. If you have respect for your partner and for others, that means you would be automatically honest with them. Respect also means treating each other with care and listening well and being open with the person. If you respect a person, you're also interested in what they do and what they are passionate about. You are open-minded about everything with a person you respect. So I would say respect. For me and for others.

The first thing people notice about me

Probably my enthusiasm or friendliness. Salespeople notice that I'm a sucker.

The last book I read and enjoyed

"From Jesus to Christianity" is a book about the political times in the generation before Jesus, up to 2 generations after him. It describes how his teachings became a religion. I find it very interesting, if a bit dry at the end. I also love and continuously read anything by Thich Nhat Hanh - a Buddhist monk exiled from his homeland, Vietnam, who works for peace.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Ice cream
  2. Friends
  3. Family

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

Hmmm...I'm pretty open and readable. I've never run up against a problem with this sort of thing. If I have to say anything, and this sounds a bit conceited, I'm a girl who is not ugly and sometimes because of that, I'm not taken as seriously as I would like.

Friends Describe me as

Funny, Intelligent, Spiritual, Sweet

A little more about me

What I want to tell people about myself varies greatly with the person. I'd have to talk to you first to know what to tell you.
