More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I am passionate about learning. I think that everyday we can learn something new. I am also passionate about helping others. I think anything we can do to make someone else's day better is worth it. I strongly believe in recycling. I want to make a difference and every little bit helps. I LOVE animals and strongly believe in animal rights. It drives me just nuts to see animals uncared for and unloved.

I typically spend my leisure time

I love to take walks. The destination is not important. I love movies and books. Getting lost in a good movie or book and then discussing it, I'd say is one of my favorite things. I also love going to the beach. Whether it's laying out or watching a sunrise/sunset, it's the most calming place for me. Food is the way to my heart!! Just kidding, but I love good food whether it be a fancy place or a hole in the wall that nobody knows about, all is fair game. I think I'm a good balance between a homebody and a social butterfly. I like to go out but staying in is nice too.

The most influential person in my life has been

Honesty. That is number one for me.

The first thing people notice about me

That I laugh a lot. Whether comfortable or not, laughter comes easily.

The last book I read and enjoyed

The Diving Bell and the Butterfly. It is about a man who has a stroke and is trapped in his own body but his mind is still intact. What I liked most about the book is how much people cared about this man, how they didn't give up on him and how he saw the world. Everything had new beauty and was not taken for granted.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. my Family
  2. my friends
  3. my health

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

Honestly, I have no idea...

Friends Describe me as

Funny, Genuine, Good listener, Loyal

A little more about me

I'm honest and a little too blunt sometimes. Also, I don't think I will stay in San Diego for the long run. It's too expensive to live here so, after gaining experience in my field I hope to return to Dallas (in about 2 years) where I have family and I know I can afford to live.
