More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

There are so many - make good meals, paint the color of life through my eye, go to art gallery, talk about what is going on in the world, learn new things (Right now, I like to read about European history (missing part from my Chinese education),do outdoor sports (thinking about improve my ski), chat with friends, go travel, sit in a local coffee shop having a cold and creamy Chai Tea Latte and read a novel, watch people walk by, or talk to random people... Love to work with children.

I typically spend my leisure time

I like to Take care of my turtle and fish and watch them grow; Enjoy going travel on myself (or with a good partner); Like to paint once a while when feeling arrives;

The most influential person in my life has been

Positive, caring, respectful, intelligent, spontaneous, and funny --am I asking for too much?

The first thing people notice about me

Silly, funny, and smart, like to look at or own pretty things.

The last book I read and enjoyed

Just finished The First Emperor of Ming Dynesty (Chinese version)- surprised that history can be recited in such a vivid way - obviously I did read too much boring history textbooks which are built up with years and facts but nothing else(in school! :-(( ) Now reading Currency War and also reading Monkey King, the short English version. You should read it too. Great Chinese master piece.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Good meal, good workout, a nice movie, see smiles walking down the street or metro
  2. Family, health and friends
  3. Understand and appreciate my culture, good communication

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

Taking things I care about seriously. don't give up easily.

Friends Describe me as

Happy, Intelligent, Sweet, Thoughtful
