The one thing I am passionate about...
Being in a great relationship with a woman who is witty, worldly, successful, attractive and athletic, and who desires a fun, passionate and committed relationship...and me! I am also passionate about art, music (soft spot for the blues), golf (learning, practicing and playing), the splendor of nature and animals, Army football, the inherent fairness and goodness of America, competitive sports, and the importance of engaging in a meaningful occupation that secures the safety, strength and reputation of our country.
I typically spend my leisure time
I love golf; the fun and "grind" of competing against the course, my playing partners and my own expectations...I'd like to share that. I also enjoy working out and the post workout high, sharing a good meal, a really good movie, live theater, reading, listening to music, travel (I've climbed the Great Pyramid of Giza, njoying and creating art, a good beach vacation with fun in the sun/body surfing the waves, and business, nature and sports TV. I have also done some Salsa dancing, but I'm out of practice. Care to join me in some lessons?
The most influential person in my life has been
Someone who is upbeat with a good heart and soul that others can sense by her presence. She is a confident woman of integrity who can be my playmate, best friend, confidant and lover. I find someone attractive if she has a sparkle in her eye, but is not self absorbed, playful yet sensuous, creative with an artistic bent, passionate and possesses inner strength. She knows what she wants, and she doesn't back down when she knows she's right. Through great chemistry (unmistakable when present)we bring out the best in each other.
The first thing people notice about me
I'm focused. I believe that..."We write our own destiny; we become what we do"...MME. Chiang Kai-Shek
The last book I read and enjoyed
The Last Amateurs by John Feinstein. It is the story of the passion and personal experiences of the non-scholarship college basketball players of the Patriot League, including my alma mater, West Point. They play for the love of the game and for each other.
The three things which I am most thankful for
- Parents and the strong values they instilled in me
- Good health and inner drive to maintain fitness
- High level of energy and passion to pursue life goals
The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me
Some people miss my humorous side.
Friends Describe me as
Energetic, Intelligent, Passionate, Physically Fit
A little more about me
I want to share my life with someone who I can look up to as an equal. I like people, and approach each new person as a friend, often starting a conversation in a grocery store line or at Macys.
