More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I am passionate about my job and my family. I really enjoy my job as a preschool teacher. I believe that what I do as a job is very important to the future of the children. My job creates a loving, caring and learning environment for children. I feel fortunate that I am involved in the growth of the children in my class. I am also passionate about my family. I am not very close to my siblings - due to age difference, but I do enjoy spending time with them. They are who I am and who I am not. However, my mother is the most important person in my life. I enjoy living with her, knowing that I am there if she needs me and vice-versa.

I typically spend my leisure time

I enjoy reading. I read quite a bit. I do it before I go to bed, or while laying out at the pool. I also like listening to music. I like classical, rock, alternative. I really like most music, I just do not like country, jazz(I just don't understand it) and blue grass. I also like spending time with my friends. Many of them have children and shcheduling time together is difficult, but well worth it.

The most influential person in my life has been

I am looking for someone who is honest, trustworthy, funny.

The first thing people notice about me

my sense of humor

The last book I read and enjoyed

I've read and enjoyed so many, it is hard to narrow it down to one. I guess one book would be Ninteen Minutes by Jodi Piccoult. It made me think about the other side of the story, (rather than just seeing one side.)

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. my job
  2. my health
  3. my friends

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

Hmm.....not too sure
