More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I'm passionate about: forming strong connections w/ new friends, I love to travel to explore and find humor & unusual coincidence in the world around me, I enjoy entertainment that sparks my imagination--as I'm a voracious reader, and I'd love to write an original story, I'm passionate about finding a job that I'd enjoy too much to call it work, and I'm especially passionate about gathering all these treasures and more to share w/ someone who would understand and accept them--and freely add their own treasures, & then another, & so on progressively; equalling more passion--powered by the people--thus destroying a few public/personal barriers

I typically spend my leisure time

See Passions. Really! What follows only specifies them. Treasure Hunting: prospecting, visiting garage sales, thrift stores, estate sales, and used book stores. Readin' & 'Righting: I'm a voracious reader of ecclectic genres, and attempting to put my muse to print to share w/ everyone. Travel: Gas being what it is, I can only dream of most trips I'd love to take, but that doesn't stop me from exploring locally!

The most influential person in my life has been

Just one!? Oy! Patience--understanding follows close behind it.

The first thing people notice about me

(Cringing) Sarcasm. Yes, it's an ugly and misunderstood word. I grew up with it, and my sense of humor and conversations are tinged w/ it. I can't help it--from mild to wild--it's part of my personality. It's helped more than a few people form the wrong first impressions of me, and I've lost a few potential friends because of it. I now tend to warn folk I'm due to be around for a while about it, and I ask them to let me know when I cross the line..it's so hard for me to tell where new friends stand on such a matter.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Good health!
  2. Wise, loving, and self-sacrificing parents.
  3. A beautiful world to explore & learn from.
