More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

Friends, family, and getting the most out of life. I feel so lucky to have such great friends and am passionate about getting to enjoy time with them-- you only live once so it's important to fill your life with people that are important to you and bring happiness to your life.

I typically spend my leisure time

I enjoy taking advantage of all the wonderful things the city has to offer. I love seeing concerts, going to comedy shows, and finding great hidden-away restaurants. When I want to take it easy, I like to read and catch up on my favorite tv shows. My ideal evening out would be dining with good friends either at a restaurant or at one of our homes, sharing wine and good conversation.

The most influential person in my life has been

I am looking for a sweet guy whom I respect, have fun with, and have chemistry with. Hopefully he has a good sense of humor and likes to laugh!

The first thing people notice about me

Probably my smile or that I am pretty friendly.

The last book I read and enjoyed

The Kite Runner - a story about friendship set in Afganistan. I love stories like this because you get to read about a familiar theme through the eyes of someone from an entirely different culture or time period. I also love funny books from authors like David Sedaris. The funniest book I've read lately is "I Love You, Beth Cooper" by Larry Doyle-- a hilarious book that is apparently getting made into a movie. I also just read "Water for Elephants" which I loved as well.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Wonderful friends from all periods of my life.
  2. A supportive family.
  3. Getting to live in the most amazing city in the world.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

I think I am pretty open and easy to read. But, if I had to choose one thing, I wish that my goofy side came out more often when I meet new people.

Friends Describe me as

Caring, Good listener, Intelligent, Perceptive
