More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I absolutely love to travel... I've been chilling round Eastern Europe for a while so I'm looking to branch out from the Slavs. My family of course tops the list and I try to make it home to Upstate NY every few weeks. I also love those Upstate NY falls, the smells, the sights, the chill air blowing through my hair while cruising back roads with the windows down! Oh and the hot apple cider! I also like to jog and play fun team sports like softball and flag football. While competitive, I'm usually there just to have a good time!

I typically spend my leisure time

I play in a softball league. I also enjoy concerts and music as well as hiking.

The most influential person in my life has been

First, since of humor. I like someone who doesn't take themself too seriously. Second, intelligence. I'm not saying that you have to be a rocket scientist, but at least have an interest in something and educated about it. Third, compassion. Kindness to others is something that there can never be too much of in our world.

The first thing people notice about me

Confidence. I am personally very happy with where I am in life and the people in my life. I think that allows me just to be myself and not really worry about how I am perceived. I just enjoy things as they come.

The last book I read and enjoyed

I read The Other Boleyn Girl. What I liked about it was that it wasn't a law school book and did not take a whole lot of brain power to get through it. It was a really well told story and a bit steamy too! Who knew that Tudor England was so scandalous?

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My Family; always supportive and loving but challenging me to make good choices
  2. Education; having had the opportunity to go to university
  3. Health, living a healthy lifestyle

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

While I am very independant and usually convey that, I really love cooking for my friends and family at home... I can be extremely domestic at times

Friends Describe me as

Caring, Funny, Optimistic, Outgoing
