More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I am most passionate about traveling! I hope to spend a lifetime exploring around the globe. There is nothing more fulfilling than seeing life outside of your normal bubble. Not to mention all the interesting people you meet and the unplanned adventures you experience along the way. I much prefer a homestay than a five star touristy resort. I'm perfectly content backpacking. My previous trips have included Europe, South America, Costa Rica, and Cambodia.

I typically spend my leisure time

I'm always up for anything new! I'm pretty open to most things, and my weekends include varied activities such as dinner with friends, reading at the coffee shop, taking mini trips out of town, hiking in the mountains, going to the lake, attending cultural events, visiting the local fair, viewing a new exhibit at a museum, etc.

The most influential person in my life has been

The most important quality I'm looking for is compatibility. We don't have to be similar, but I want to be with someone who I can share my interests and thoughts with, someone I can learn from, someone I can talk freely to, someone I could grow old with but never grow tired of. Is that too much to ask? I want someone who is not afraid to take risks in life, who is not afraid to live like today is the last, but see that there will be tomorrow too.

The first thing people notice about me

You tell me.

The last book I read and enjoyed

Lonely Planet Travel Books. I love looking at the captivating photographs, and reading the random facts on each country. I'm starting to get ideas for my BIG TRIP abroad next year, and I'm having the hardest time deciding where not to go.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Family
  2. Life
  3. Sunshine

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

My heart.

Friends Describe me as

Dependable, Energetic, Genuine, Thoughtful

A little more about me

I think one profile is hard to capture the essence of anybody, but it's a start=)
