More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I am passionate about helping people. I have chosen to go into a helping profession because I am happiest when I am helping others. I'm passionate about my studies that will soon get me to the place that I can begin my much anticipated career. I could have chosen to do something that would be more lucrative, but truly enjoying what I do is far more important to me than a paycheck. I am passionate about my friendships and the important people in my life. I'm also passionate about seeing the world and all the beautiful places I have only dreamed about.

I typically spend my leisure time

Spending time with friends and family, playing with my dogs, going for walks, watching TV, reading, working out

The most influential person in my life has been

To be genuine. That includes not pretending to be someone they're not but to be and accept the person that they are.

The first thing people notice about me

That I'm genuinely nice to everyone.

The last book I read and enjoyed

"My Sister's Keeper" by Jodi Piccoult. It was about a thirteen year old girl who was born as an exact genetic match for her older sister who has a rare form of leukemia and was forced her whole life to be a donor for her, but finally decides to sue her family for the right to her body. It was very interesting, I couldn't put it down. It had all the components of a good novel: supense, a bit of mystery, plot twists, it was thought provoking, had it's share of laughter, and definitely a lot of tears.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Having a loving and supportive family
  2. Having amazing friends who I know will always be there for me
  3. Being alive and healthy and able to enjoy life

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

That I'm fun and love to have a good time, but have a good head on my shoulders.

Friends Describe me as

Caring, Creative, Good listener, Kind
