More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I find that I am passionate about music, food, art, travelling, athletics, friends and helping others.

I typically spend my leisure time

I spend most of my leisure time either running, going to concerts, or cooking/eating out. Since Chicago has great venues all over the city and great bands, I find myself going to a lot of shows. I love to cook for you, me, anyone and everyone. BBQ in the summer is awesome. Plus, I can always check out new restaurants and am down for any cuisine type.

The most influential person in my life has been

One of the most important qualities I believe is to find someone who can find humor in life and be positive. I'm also looking for someone who enjoys getting out of the routine and doing new things.

The first thing people notice about me

My calmness and creativity. I never try to get worked up over the small stuff. I am ambitious when I find something that I am interested in. Usually when I meet people, they notice that I am creative (probably from taking art classes since I was really young). Thanks Mom and Dad!

The last book I read and enjoyed

I just finished "The Jungle" by Upton Sinclair, which was a bit of an eye-opener to say the least. I also just finished "Choke" by Chuck Palaniuck, which was really funny in a sadistic kind of way. I am currently reading "Fool" by Christopher Moore, which is pretty quickly and funny as well.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My family
  2. My friends
  3. My health
