The one thing I am passionate about...
I am passionate about many things, if not all things. I wake up to relish the excitement of the day before me - a gift unwrapping. I appreciate the place I am in, the people I know. Witnessing innovation, creativity, discipline to a purpose and order are my most honored rare treasures. I appreciate all people, as each has something to teach you, no matter what their station in life. I have dined with the elite and the homeless, and find each as fascinating as the other. To see a person go out of their way to help another, are the people I most envy. I am grateful for small miracles, and never ending opportunities.
I typically spend my leisure time
I am a little of a mixed basket ( no, not of nuts - well maybe a little) I love the outdoors such as skiing, boating, hiking, whatever, but equally like to go dancing, dress up and dine in style, go to museums, concerts, plays, what have you. I am pretty well open to any new experience especially travelling to explore a new town or city for a weekend. I love to go flying as the world is yours when you are looking down at it. I like photography, I appreciate art and culture, but equally love kite flying, jogging, gardening or reading at the Library. There is so much to do, I am never at a loss in continuing the adventure.
The most influential person in my life has been
Humor is the quality which is most attractive to me as I believe wisdom has to be its foundation. I love to laugh at the daily crazy things that happen and someone who throws a little fuel onto that, is the person I most enjoy.
The first thing people notice about me
I try to look into people's eyes when I meet them. I think my enthusiasm and interest in them may be noticed. I also have to ask them their names at least 3 times so perhaps they notice I am dumb as a brick, however dumb a brick may be. I have met some really smart bricks in my time. Just threw that in for topics of discussion.
The last book I read and enjoyed
I love old books from the 1800's or early 20th century.. Motivation books from that era seem to be identical to those of today. It is funny how people do not change, their wants and desires, when technology and their environment around them has so vastly changed.
The three things which I am most thankful for
- Healthy and happy self, family and friends
- Living in this time and place
- The ability to appreciate all small favors, the gifts of learning and the witnessing of the passion in compassion
The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me
That I love chocolate. If they knew I loved chocolate then they might bring me some ( I am kidding!). I could say my great personality, but as you can see, it is going down in a blaze of fire..
Friends Describe me as
Creative, Happy, Passionate, Spontaneous
A little more about me
I get cold easily, so I need someone hot blooded. I even have electric boots to warm up my feet while skiing and my feet will still be frozen. I used to be able to jump into any cold water without a problem but now the Polar Bear Swim is me in a wet suit. Other than that, the fact that I am business oriented and weekends might have to be surrendered to accommodate business development, needs to be understood.
