More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I guess I am most passionate about enjoying my life. I truly enjoy scuba diving. I don't get to do it as often as I would like but when the oportunity arises I jump at it. I try to let my job be simply that, a job. I don't want to be one of those people defined by their job or position in life. Don't get me wrong, I don't want to be unemployed either. I like being able to do the things I enjoy without too much worry.

I typically spend my leisure time

Scuba diving! I am a certified Dive Master and plan on getting my instructor certifiacation eventually. I enjoy golf, although I'm not great at it. I also try to go fishing when I can. On the flip side, I'm also very content at home watching a movie.

The most influential person in my life has been

One quality is hard to pick. A person has to be able to laugh and not take themself too seriously. The ability to leave work behind. I know work affects most people some of the time, but it is nice to be able to just forget about it for a while and take in the scenery.

The first thing people notice about me

A lot of people would probably consider me quiet when they first meet me. I tend to watch and listen a lot.

The last book I read and enjoyed

The second book in Dean Koontz's Frankenstein Trilogy. A very interesting and modern take on the old the old story. The 2,548 Best Things Ever Said.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Humor. Finding a way to laugh at most situations makes my life a lot less serious.
  2. Jaque Custeau and others who brought scuba diving to the masses.
  3. Good family, Good friends. Good health.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

I'm not sure on this one. I don't worry too much about what people notice and don't notice about me.

Friends Describe me as

Easy-Going, Funny, Good listener, Intelligent
