The one thing I am passionate about...
This is a tough question. There's not that much I really AM passionate about; my life lacks direction. If I have to pick something, and evidently I do, I suppose I'll go with computers/electronics. I've been into that since I was about 10, and its been about the only interest I've had that remains constant, aside from the more recent addition of a motorcycle.
I typically spend my leisure time
Most of my leisure time is, frankly, wasted. I play a lot of video games and waste time on the internet. When I'm not doing that, I'm often out riding back roads and enjoying the scenery on my bike.
The most influential person in my life has been
Sense of humor. I make a lot of jokes. A lot. Not all of them are actually *funny* but with a heavy enough saturation, eventually you'll get a chuckle.
The first thing people notice about me
I should hope my friendliness and humor. Being that its been so long since I met myself, I don't really recall.
The last book I read and enjoyed
A Time to Kill by John Grisham. Oldish, but somehow I managed not to read it until recently. Its about a southern lawyer trying a murder case that isn't at all about the murder - its about race relations and the concept of The Law vs. the concept of Justice. I love the commentary on that; the law is the law, and they try to make it just, but sometimes it falls short and the right thing to do isn't always the legal thing.
The three things which I am most thankful for
- Days nice enough that I can take my motorbike for a ride
- my sense of humor
- how infrequently I have to answer questions about what I'm thankful for
The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me
People tend to write me off as another dumb kid, I wish they'd realize that I actually do know what I'm talking about sometimes.
Friends Describe me as
Dependable, Funny, Intelligent, Quiet
A little more about me
My favorite color is red, my favorite food is pizza, I can't decide on a favorite band or even style of music. Some form of rock. Favorite movies: The Boondock Saints and Dogma. I picked up the ability to do a pretty decent Irish accent from Boondock Saints. I play a little guitar (not well) and some drums (not well either). I once injured my left knee pretty bad, it won't ever be quite right again (knees weren't very good beforehand anyway). Not debilitating, but annoying.
