The one thing I am passionate about...
Learning new things and growing as an individual. Science and physics, topics like string theory, membranes, multiple dimensions, black holes. Food is something I am very passionate about. Music is an important part of my life. Spiritual growth. Surrounding myself with optimistic, intelligent, and spiritual people. Spending time with my family and friends. I am passionate about design all around, fashion, architecture, interiors; I love good design. European cars. Abundance in all things - spiritual, financial, physical, relational, emotional. Oh, and dessert.
I typically spend my leisure time
I love to cook and bake for family and friends. Inline skating, when weather allows) is always fun...doing anything outdoors with my dog. I enjoy renovating homes, my own and rental property. Travel is okay, I like the destination I dislike everything leading up to arrival. I love to read and relax when things get crazy. Eating out is always fun, and I like to get to know the chef and servers at the restaurants I frequent. I love movies, watching them at home or at the theater. Hiking is one of my favorite outdoor activities next to skating. I like to take trips to the west coast when I have time.
The most influential person in my life has been
I am looking for someone who is self-aware and recognizes their own power to create their experiences. Someone who knows that we are not victims of circumstance but that we create our circumstances. Someone who enjoys life and abundance in all things. Someone who places importance on being authentic. Someone who knows how to love completely.
The first thing people notice about me
People have commented on how good of a conversationalist I am. How easily I can meet new people and adapt to situations. How happy and optimistic I am.
The last book I read and enjoyed
I just read "Pillars of the Earth" by Ken Follett. It's about 12th century England and not a book I would normally read. The character development is excellent and it really pulls you in. Now I'm reading "World Without End" by the same author, it continues two hundred years later and I am loving it.
The three things which I am most thankful for
- My capacity to learn, my intuition
- My playful side, love of life
- Being self-aware and adaptable
