More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

In short "aviation". My education, job, hobbies, and future are closely tied to and related in one aspect or another to the design, building, operation, or flying of airplanes. (Nope, I don't work for Boeing either)

I typically spend my leisure time

One of my only true loves is aviation. I started flying lessons when I was 15 and havent stopped sincewell thats mostly true. I had took a 2-3 year hiatus while in college when I was super busy and picked up flying again after moving to Whidbey. Nothings better in Whidbey than the calm, windless day and island hoping or flying the Whidbey coast at a few hundred feet.

The most influential person in my life has been

"Energetic" of the mind, body, and soul. That's a complete catch-all. Are you willing to dream, try, and accept new experiences? I'm far from perfect; we all need some help. I need someone who can push, motivate, challenge, and intrigue.

The first thing people notice about me

Everyone around me feels relaxed. It's not fair if you're set out ot prove me wrong--your loss--given the time and just the slightest of an open mind, I can make any one laugh--YOU TOO! I'm never the center of attention at a party, but reliably make humorous observations of life.

The last book I read and enjoyed

The last book I read: Fate is the Hunter by Ernest Gann (famous aviation author that lived in Anacortes, WA of all places). Great book about the pioneering days of the airlines. Takes you back to a time when air travel was an adventure and a privilege, far from the hustle and bustle of today's hubs.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Supportive, stable family
  2. Financial and education opportunites
  3. Good health

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

Just because I'm shy doesn't mean I'm not interested! If only I knew everyone with just the slightest bit of familarity to break the ice I'd be golden.

Friends Describe me as

Genuine, Hard Working, Intelligent, Rational
