The one thing I am passionate about...
Creating the best life for myself, as well as my child. I believe you should work hard to provide, enjoy the small or shortest moments and create every memory you can. Life is short, but if you make the most of it, it won't pass as quickly.
I typically spend my leisure time
I enjoy physical recreation to keep physically fit. I am an artist, so I spend a lot of creative time. I love time with my family and friends the most. But I also believe, if you work hard...you should play hard too! Concerts, travel, cooking, movies, entertaining, and even an occasional roller coaster... I love it all. But I'm also somewhat old fashioned...quiet moments, romance, ...I am a girl after all! I'm usually very flexible, and unfortunately most of the time, always late! Never enough time...
The most influential person in my life has been
Honesty. It's not only the best, but the only quality to have. Good news or bad, whether it hurts or helps. It takes a lot of courage to be honest in some situations, and I think if you master it as your best habit...it demonstrates volumes of who you really are.
The first thing people notice about me
My smile. I can't hide it most of the time. And besides, it always leads to laugher, and that's the best!!
The last book I read and enjoyed
Into the Wild; a journey experienced wide open. Critics would claim maybe the young man was selfish, but I see the glass half full in that he set his goal to live his journey in adventure. A true sense of taking every moment that life has to offer.
The three things which I am most thankful for
- My child
- My family/friends
- My health
The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me
My compassion. It doesn't matter if it's a person in need, a cause to help the betterment of the world, or just someone who needs encouragement on a bad day.
Friends Describe me as
Creative, Genuine, Passionate, Spiritual
A little more about me
The free-spirit side of me probably makes it seem like everyday in my life is a bowl of sunshine...and it's not necessarily. But, the down home girl is there, under all the fun. I've just learned by now, humor is the best way to get through the grit that life throws at you. I practice it constantly, it's more fun to be around people who love you and trust you because you can pick yourself up again, and again.
