The one thing I am passionate about...
I am passionate about art (I am an artist), literature, music. I also love to play golf (very poorly). I am passionate about philanthropy and caring about the welfare of others. I am a teacher who loves providing her students the opportunity to shine, grow, be successful, and improve their lot in life.
I typically spend my leisure time
At home, I read quite a bit (literature teacher) or work on my art. I enjoy meeting friends out for drinks or dinner. I also enjoy supporting local musicians. On occasion, I attempt to play golf.
The most influential person in my life has been
Humor is crucial. I frequently crack a joke or something silly, and I love to laugh. Humor has helped me get through odd or tough situations, and I use humor when I teach.
The first thing people notice about me
I think I smile easily, and people comment on how I seem to be chipper no matter what.
The last book I read and enjoyed
Bold, Fresh, Piece of Humanity by Bill O'Reilly. It is about how he has developed his perspective and came into his lot in life. It is a funny read, and Ihave a new respect for the man.
The three things which I am most thankful for
- My parents (and brother)- what a wonderful support system, what a wonderful life!
- The gifts God has given me, and the ability to recognize and appreciate them.
- The ability to recognize and appreciate myself!
The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me
I am rather transparent, so most of me is seen instantly. I do sometimes come off as aloof, but I do love people and care deeply about my friends. Most of the time, I am just sitting back and observing.
Friends Describe me as
