More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I guess I am most passionate about my grandchildren and their lives. I am also very very passionate about my religion. I am so grateful I found the Church and that I know my Heavenly Father loves me and that my Savior Jesus Christ died for me. I am very passionate about my church attendance and being able to attend the Temple. I am also passionate about sharing my mission memories. My children bring me much joy and I am very proud of them and their accomplishments.

I typically spend my leisure time

I enjoy reading first and foremost. Historical fiction and religious books. I enjoy Jigsaw puzzles and crossword puzzles. I love a good movie and going out to eat. I love to travel and see new things. I like to window shop in furniture stores and appliance stores. Decorating in my mind my future home, which I hope to buy soon.

The most influential person in my life has been

The most important quality I am looking for in another person would have to be his being trustworthy and honest. He must be dependable and keep his word. I want him to be fair and accepting of others.

The first thing people notice about me

My cheerfulness

The last book I read and enjoyed

Blessed Assurance by Lynn Cote It was three books in one about 3 generations and how they dealt with the adversities of life starting during the civil war and through to 1920's. I liked that the family stuck together and helped one another and that it was brought out about the sorrow's families feel and how they can encourage each other through the generations.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. I am most thankful for the knowledge I have that my Savior, Jesus Christ, loves me.
  2. I am most thankful that I have 7 fantastic children and 5 wonderful grandchildren.
  3. I am thankful I can read and so be able to learn and grow and especially read my scriptures.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

That I am a strong person inside.
