The first thing people notice about me
People notice my optimistic outlook on life. I smile a lot and am almost always in a good mood. I try to not complain about an unfavorable situation but instead either adapt or work to make a positive change.
The last book I read and enjoyed
I recently read Come Up and See Me Sometime by Erika Krouse. I came across a piece of her writing, which I enjoyed, so I searched for other publications by her and found this collection of fictional short stories. I usually read novels or non-fiction but was pleasantly surprised with her work. Each story was about a young, geographically and emotionally nomadic woman looking for self-knowledge. I appreciate her witty and unsettled writing style.
