More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I love music. I play 3 instruments by ear, and I sing. I can't read music, but would like to learn. I also would like to write music, but so far have come up short in that area. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my friends, even if we're not doing anything meaningful.

I typically spend my leisure time

Most of my time off is spent either playing my guitar or hanging out with my friends. I love video games, although I don't have a system of my own. I also am starting to enjoy going to the gym more and more.

The most influential person in my life has been

I am looking for someone who is good with people; someone who is just fun to be around.

The first thing people notice about me

I have a very easy going personality. I'm usually laid back, and I like to have fun.

The last book I read and enjoyed

"From Baghdad With Love" is the story of a Marine colonel who's unit is in Iraq from '04 to '05. His unit finds a puppy in an abandoned house they're searching, and the book reflects his struggles, physically and emotionally, to get "Lava" back to the U.S. safe and sound. I think it shows a more human side to Marines that a lot of people don't see, especially in infantry Marines.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Freedom- that kind of why a became a Marine.
  2. Family, specifically my mom.
  3. Good friends

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

My ability to love is something that, I guess, can't really be seen at first glance.

Friends Describe me as

Dependable, Funny, Genuine, Loyal
