More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I love cooking and videogames. My friends tend to enjoy the food I cook (they say I don't use too much salt). I enjoy watching baseball, but I don't support a team. I also very much love classical concerts. Not to mention... come on Chelsea! Chelsea FC for life.

I typically spend my leisure time

Enjoying music, association football and videogames. Amongst an array of stereotypical 20 something guy things. Going to museums? Throwing things off my balcony? The possibilities are endless.

The most influential person in my life has been

Someone I can appreciate and someone that does the same.

The first thing people notice about me

I have a wide ranging knowledge. It might not always be relevant or engaging for table conversation, but it tends to be interesting.

The last book I read and enjoyed

Papers on Ayn Rand's theories and beliefs in unregulated free market. I like her books, but I heartily disagree. I sound terribly boring. Uh, I read a bit of travel fiction... A Year in the Merde. Quite funny.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My family. They are most important to me and have helped develop me into the person I am today, without a high degree of puppeteering. The allowance to formulate my own views and moral standards has fine tuned my decision making abilities and enabled me to see the importance of personal opinion.
  2. My past opportunities to travel. Having seen many parts of the world has helped me experience many other cultures and perspectives. It has inspired and fostered a love for the what's different.
  3. My ability to learn quite quickly. All the other things I'm thankful for wouldn't mean as much to me if I wasn't able to properly comprehend the gravity of my actions and my personal philosophies.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

I'm not openly passionate about many things. I wish people would pick up on subtle enthusiasms.
