The one thing I am passionate about...
My abundant faith in God, and fabulous family and friends who are the cornerstones of my life. Have a calling to help empower my patients and desire to do a medical mission and eventually build a hospice house. Passionate about learning, personal development, reading. A travel bug indeed. I admire museum art, architecture, cooking classes in Napa, and experience all that the outdoors has to offer. Minus camping. To run, cycle, hike, ski, fish, and now yoga. I enjoy maintaining great health and fitness (with ample time off for wine and gastronomical delights). To address the bucket list at the side of my Renaissance Man. Cheers
I typically spend my leisure time
Entertaining friends and family, reading, home projects.Listening to live music. Fine dining and hole in the wall specials. Concerts, art exhibits, theatre. Exploring the local trails. Enjoy running, mountain biking, tennis, yoga, weight lifting, kayaking, and golf. Experimenting in the kitchen and making palate pleasing delights. Enjoy little getaways to the city(San Fran),mountains, coastal drives. Some mornings just embracing serenity in the sunrise and God's abundant grace. And others are motivating my cub to get his day started while I cheer on with a latte da...
The most influential person in my life has been
Oh there's a plethora...Emotional intelligence. Authenticity. Passion. Kindness. Honesty. An individual with a solid foundation of integrity, class, and character. Lives life to the fullest. Makes transition from mountain bike riding to black tie event to spooning by the fire (I can assist in building the fire). Confident in his own soul and desires a partner, confidante, goal setter and best friend in me. Extra bonus for witty banter.
The first thing people notice about me
my joie de vivre and vibrant soulfulness
The last book I read and enjoyed
Have several on the nightstand... Being Mortal,The Alchemist. A favorite. The Traveler's Gift. Love The Wall Street Journal but usually only get to peruse the weekend edition. The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand. The Bible is the very dearest to my heart.
The three things which I am most thankful for
- Thankful for awareness of gratitude with life's abundant blessings and that hope trumps experience.
- Thankful for the gratifying and yet humbling experiences that accompany parenthood
- Thankful for such a supportive, kind, and wise family whose love and generosity is endless.
The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me
A great sense of humor surrounding a sentimental depth. I have a vivacious/outgoing/wisecracking persona as well as a quiet/peaceful/homebody spirit.
Friends Describe me as
Intelligent, Loyal, Optimistic, Passionate
A little more about me
I am looking for an athletic "old soul" who has a zest for life. Dark chocolate and fine wine with witty banter helpful. Also, I have a positive/healthy repoire with my son's father and their relationship is important thus I am unable to relocate. I'm not here to have casual happenstance, but am seeking a lifelong partner. If an amazing monogamous relationship with a Christian girl who can rope the wind is in your vernacular, then carpe diem.... Namaste
