More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I am passionate about art. I have been drawing my whole life, and painting since middle school. I love art, and I love creating. sketching, doodling, coloring, painting...I'm always doing something. I am also passionate about dolphins. I collect dolphin figurines, tinkerbell stuff, and dragonfly stuff but I'm not crazy with my collections, lol. Thats what all the crazy people say huh? lol

I typically spend my leisure time

in my leisure time I enjoy reading books, mostly romances and mystery's. I love Jude Deveraux, Debbie Macomber, Nicholas Sparks, and some Dean Koontz. I'm a sucker for love stories though.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. I am Thankful for how I have grown with and for God. I have grown so much, as a person, as a woman, as an Artist, as a daughter, grandaughter, sister, and friend. I am so thankful for the person God has guided me to become, especially just in the past five years alone.
  2. I am Thankful for my eye sight. A few years ago I almost lost it. I had an ulcer on my eye caused by a defective contact lense, and it scratched my eye, causing an ulcer and my eye to swell shut. After months of going to a doctor for eye drops and specific medication I had no choice but to get PTK Laser surgery to fix the scar that remained on my cornea. My doctor informed me that I might be blind in that eye if I didn't get the surgery. Seeing is a wonderful thing regardless, however being that I am an Artist...I needed my eyes to see so I can draw, and paint beautiful things...
  3. I am so Thankful for my family and close friends. They have all supported me so much over the years, emotionally, as well as physically in my moments of sickness and emotional pain, and sometimes financially to keep my art going. I have grown so much in my relationships with each of them individually, and I love each and every one of them sooo much!!!!
