More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I am passionate about my social convictions and my military career on the business side. On the fun side, I am passionate about skiing, running, and other outdoor adventure sports. But when it comes to sports, I am most passionate about Skiing (But living in Georgia, I don't get to go nearly as much as I want to!)

I typically spend my leisure time

When I have leisure time during the week, I enjoy getting in some extra exercise or watching television while I study (what you might call "chilling"). On weekends, I enjoy going on day trips which can consist anything from a local fair, to driving to the mega mall, to visiting a waterfall.

The most influential person in my life has been

The most important quality I am looking for is someone with tight moral standards, who will not bend them for me. That is my only real deal-breaker. Other important qualities I am looking for are sincerity and warmth, which are crucial to a relationship for obvious reasons.

The first thing people notice about me

To answer this question honestly...I don't know, most people don't tell me and what I have been told isn't consistent.

The last book I read and enjoyed

"Mere Christianity", a dissertation by C.S. Lewis on a variety of aspects about Christianity. I liked it because it was fairly though provoking: he explained and questioned some aspects of Christian theology that I've never considered myself.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. The freedom I have to follow my own beliefs, lifestyle choices, and religion.
  2. The personal and character growth I've gained from the military
  3. Having come from a family that has supported me in my endeavors.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

I wish they would notice that I am as loyal as a German Shepard ( to overuse a trite phrase). I can't really blame them, though, since its a quality that takes time to notice.

Intelligent, Loyal, Sweet, Warm
