The one thing I am passionate about...
As you may be able to tell by now I am passionate about my faith. I love worship. But outside of that I am very creative, I like the challange of thinking outside the box. I also love outdoors, even yardwork. And any live event, such as, music, sports, theatre, or cookout. I also love to learn, I'm a jack-of-many-trades, but master of none. The scripture, "To the Greeks I am a greek, to the Romans I am a roman" describes me well. Strangely I am very versitile, but oddly genuine and sincere. My friends often push me to the front in new situations. But "moving-forward" is a great place to be.
I typically spend my leisure time
Wow I don't have much "leisure time", honestly it may be a problem when dating. I do love quiet time and I fit it in everyday. I like hammocks, reading, board/card games, wrestling with my kids, naps, writing a letter, calling an old friend, or going outside with kids and finding things in the clouds. But more often then not I'm at a social function or gathering, I love people. I'm involved in many things, so the "leisure time" events are some times dutiful. Which would defeat the purpose... but in spite of the busy life, I'm pretty good at keeping the main thing, the main thing.- My relationship with God, is the main thing.
The most influential person in my life has been
Character, faithfulness, and a "Servants" heart. A man passionate about God is extremely attractive.
The first thing people notice about me
People say my smile and kindness.
The three things which I am most thankful for
- Having a savior, my relationship with Christ is my joy everyday. He is my trust and confidence.
- My children are amazing to me, I often recieve compliments for them, but I know I am just blessed. They have such great character.
- My church family and friends are truly genuine and unique. It feels good to serve, love, care and know you are making a difference in the world. I always look foward to going to church and being with family and friends.
The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me
That I don't judge a book by its cover, I like to know a person before I form an opinion about them!
Friends Describe me as
Creative, Optimistic, Spiritual, Warm
A little more about me
I have come to eharmony to find out about myself as well as find others who share commonalities. My goal is to develope friendships based on compatibility and personality. I don't want any relationship unless it's preceeded by a friendship. I say this, because to some I can seem uninterested and I don't mean to marginalize anyone. I "truely" care about people, but I prefer to be patient and conservative in developing a relationship. Some think life is too short, but I say it can be too shallow. And since you can't slow down time, make rich the days you have. I mean really.. do you think you'd regret "the friendship thing"?
