More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

Making a positive difference with my life and in other people's lives, whether it is a simple smile for a stranger, ongoing support to realize a dream or putting on a fundraiser for Haiti....

I typically spend my leisure time

i enjoy going out for lunch or dinner with a friend or family member. i love having long conversations as a way of getting to know people, especially while walking in the woods or around the lake. I don't watch much TV but do enjoy watching movies at home and at the theater. I have play dates with my friends' young ones. Rough housing, being goofy and laughing with them always brightens our hearts. Dancing without fail puts a smile on my face, and in the summer i love to grow flowers and vegetables in my gardens.

The most influential person in my life has been

genuine, compassionate, self aware, hard-working, and passionate about love and life.

The first thing people notice about me

my blue eyes and my way of allowing people to be themselves, and feel accepted.

The last book I read and enjoyed

I tend to read articles rather than books lately. My favorite magazine is The Sun. The latest article i enjoyed was "voices inside their heads" about people who hear voices, and several ways to view this condition different from "mental illness". Very interesting!

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. meaningful life
  2. people to learn and laugh with
  3. wisdom to know what to do and when

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

that underneath my interpersonal grace, i'm a bit shy at times.. When i feel people notice that i'm both confident and shy i can relax and be even more myself.

Friends Describe me as

Good listener, Hard Working, Kind, Modest

I am
Very Liberal

TV I like to Watch

I don't like to watch TV
