More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

Back a number of years ago I had a passion for trying to help people, looking after them and just trying to change things around me for the better. After awhile I became discouraged and stopped because it just seemed no matter what I did it never seemed to change anything. But recently after seeing what has been happening around the world and the oil spill to be specific that passion is awakening again.

I typically spend my leisure time

Reading it doesn't matter to me the subject I enjoy reading about anything and everything. Or talking to my family, over the years my family has been spreading out across the country and even different parts of the world and I like staying in contact with them and finding out what they have been up to. I also listen to music I like how it can easily make me feel more energetic and lift my mood it its been a hard day.

The most influential person in my life has been

Someone that is caring and passionate, someone who is funny and can make me laugh.

The first thing people notice about me

That I'm quiet, I just like to sit back and listen to people talk.

The last book I read and enjoyed

The universe in a single atom by the Dalai Lama. It was about science and ethics. I have always found the Dalai Lama fascinating but what I like about this book was how he would talk about sitting around with physicists and mathematicians they would spent hours try to explain these complex theory's and equations first to a interpreter. Then from the interpreter to the Dalai Lama so he could try and explain it to the rest of us with a nice short story.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Having people I can count on
  2. Family
  3. Friends

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

That I am a very approachable, people often find me intimidating I think it's just a misinterpretation of me being quiet and a little shy.

Friends Describe me as

Creative, Easy-Going, Good listener, Kind
