The one thing I am passionate about...
Passion is allowing yourself to get lost in something. Passions are our greatest loves - the things that thrill our hearts, stir our souls and make life really worth living. There is a reason we love the things we love. A life passion should also transcend mere personal pleasure. It should do something for others too. It should make the world a better place. I love so many things. I have always loved decorating, beautiful homes, architecture, gardens. I am very creative and artistic. Maybe someday soon I will break away from my 9 to 5 job and combine all that I love into my life?s work. It?s never too late to be who I should have been!
I typically spend my leisure time
I enjoy the beach and ocean, most anything outdoors in the bright warm sunshine. I love going to new places and meeting new people. I'm not one to sit at home and watch TV for hours. I like getting out in the world and experiencing as much as I can and having fun. I love to laugh and am told I'm lots of fun to be around. Most people feel like they've known me a long time having just met me. I am affectionate and love to give hugs. I was born and raised in Texas, need I say more!!! Have a beautiful day!
The most influential person in my life has been
Strength in both mind and body...confident, prefer tall (6'0" - 6' 4"), stable, well-balanced, understanding, self-disciplined, great sense of humor, kind and loving, intelligent and articulate, FUN, young at heart, strong yet gentle, has a soft side, emotionally available, honorable, observant, very affectionate, passionate, accountable, spontaneous and its evident that he works out and keeps himself in great shape. :) I could come to you and talk to you about anything, no holding back. A REAL genuine down to earth sweet heart!
The first thing people notice about me
When I tell people my age they are shocked that I look 15 years younger :)
The last book I read and enjoyed
I recently attended Beth Moore's 11 week live Bible Study on Revelations at 2nd Baptist Church in Houston. It was amazing. She is so inspiring. I have read many of her inspiring books too. I love reading literature that helps me grow and be all I ever dreamed.
The three things which I am most thankful for
- I am most thankful for many things...grace and faith, warmth and kindness, peace and relaxation, power of loving friends and family, unconditional love...
- am thankful for a dad's devotion, the bond between a mom and her daughter, the healing of "I'm Sorry", fulfilling work, precious memories of loved one's passsed, the hope of a child, the miracle of a baby, love and adoration, living in the moment...and...the cost of freedom :)
The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me
They always first notice my shy but bright smile, blonde hair, and hazel eyes. What I wish they would notice about me beneath my initial shyness is that I long to find someone that will be good to me and good for me, just as I would him. I know how to give my whole heart to someone and want to find someone who wants that too. We all have a lifetime of experiences that have made us who we are today and I'm very understanding in that respect. I am a very forgiving, open, and trusting person. I know you're out there, I just haven't met you..yet :)
Friends Describe me as
Affectionate, Generous, Genuine, Sweet
A little more about me
Although I have had great close friends throughout my life, I'm still looking for my "best friend" :) Just listen to Rascal Flatts song, Take Me There"...and you'll know the kind of man I long to find....I'll take you "there".
