More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I am overall passionate about life. Art, dance, and music can be expressed at any level of talent and still mean something. Looking to each day knowing I am given an opportunity to learn and be adventurous leaves no room for regrets. My friends and family are also the fuel for my fervor for happiness.

I typically spend my leisure time

When we're all available, I like to spend time with my friends, whether it be doing absolutely nothing or going on a road trip. If no one is around, reading or listening to music on a leisurely walk takes my time. If I had the money and the availability, I would travel and spend time with my friends forever.

The most influential person in my life has been

Someone who doesn't look at life as just another day, but as an opportunity to be adventurous and take advantage of every opportunity.

The first thing people notice about me

My outgoing personality. I'm always happy as well, so if my energetic personality isn't noticeable, there must be something wrong.

The last book I read and enjoyed

Zeitoun is a novel exploring the situation in New Orleans after the destruction caused by hurricane Katrina. The self titled main character is a Muslim American who is stereotyped because of the war on terror by soldiers stationed to help clean up the remains of a once thriving city. Despite his efforts to help those in need, he is captured and accused of being a terrorist. I found this book interesting because religious and ethnic discrimination fascinates me as a cultures determination as to who will be successful and who will suffer. Overall I just wish all peoples could exist in harmony.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. For the life I've been given to take advantage of the many opportunities I'm offered. You only live once, and I'd hate to miss anything.
  2. The friends and family I am surrounded by. They mean everything to me and I couldn't live without them.
  3. My education and adventurous nature. It keeps me thriving and yearning for the journey of life.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

I can be pretty shy at times, but when I'm in the right environment, the quality is quickly hidden.

Friends Describe me as
