More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I have a new house so right now I am very passionate about decorating and making my house a home. I also enjoy hanging out with friends and participating in sports. I am currently the captain of our sand volleyball team. I also like playing the piano and cooking.

I typically spend my leisure time

In my free time I like to hang out with friends and go to movies and out to eat. I also like just having people over at the house to play board games or watch movies. Spending time with friends and family is very important to me and I like to hang out whenever I have free time.

The first thing people notice about me

That I'm laid back and have a good sense of humor. I'm usually just willing to go with the flow and it takes a lot to get me angry or worked up about something. I usually am pretty calm and I can't stand a lot of drama. I think one thing that makes me easy going is my sense of humor. I can usually find the humor in anything and try to make light of crazy situations. Also I've found that just about everything in life can be compared to a Seinfield moment so there is usually always something to laugh about.

The last book I read and enjoyed

The Hunger Games. Although honestly it is the first book that I can actually say I liked the movie better than the book. I thought the movie did a better job of protraying some of the behind the scenes events that we really didn't get to see in the book since it is told in first person. I did like though how the book didn't gloss over anything and it wasn't just a sappy love story.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Family and friends
  2. Having a stable job and home
  3. Health
