More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

Spending time with my family and friends. I always strive to find the balance to make sure that I focus my attention to the people that matter the most.

I typically spend my leisure time

I'm an avid genealogist. For me it's mostly about putting together a big puzzle. I like searching for my family history and putting all the pieces together. I also enjoy being outdoors. When the weather permits you can find me out behind my house fishing in the creek after work. It gives me time to reflect on things. I also like to make time for my family and friends and maintaining my relationships. I try to do yoga a couple of times a week, I love the way I feel energized after a class.

The most influential person in my life has been

I would like to find someone who is considerate to me and towards others. Someone who just takes that one extra step to do something nice just because they can. I tend to notice the small things, and those are the kind of jestures that go a long way for me.

The first thing people notice about me

My laugh. It's loud and hearty and can probably be heard about a block away, but it's also very contagious!

The last book I read and enjoyed

The last book I read was The Tenant of Wildefeld Hall by Anne Bronte. I like the classics and it was actually considered somewhat scandulous when it was first published.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My family that loves and supports me no matter what.
  2. Having friends that are dependable and there when you need them.
  3. A knack for all things creative.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

That I'm very laid back and easy going.
