More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I am very passionate about dance. I have been dancing since I was a little girl, and since then I have always wanted to be on a big stage. Dancing makes me the happiest even when I've had a really terrible day. I can always find something new and original while dancing. One day I hope to share that passion by teaching in a small studio.

I typically spend my leisure time

In my leisure time I really enjoy reading books, spending time outdoors in some way or going out for a lovely meal. When I've had a long day, I like to cozy up with a good book right before I go to sleep. Additionally, I grew up on the beach as a kid, so I generally like to take trips to the beach and enjoy a relaxing day there. Or bike rides, walks around a lake, anything that really involves being outside. I also like going out for dinner a lot, especially if it's ethnic food - Italian and Mexican are my favorites!

The most influential person in my life has been

Without a doubt, communication.

The first thing people notice about me

My honesty - I am up front and honest with the people I meet. I don't have anything to hide.

The last book I read and enjoyed

The Choice by Nicholas Sparks, about 2 people who start off as friends and end up falling in love and marry. The wife falls into a coma after a terrible car accident, so long that doctors don't find it neccessary to keep her on life support. However, the husband can't let her go, and keeps her alive. During this period, the husband visits his wife every day, maintaining the fact that although she is gone from her body, she is still very much alive in his heart. After years on life support, the wife awakes. I really enjoyed this book because of the husband's heart. Doctors denied of her waking, but he truly believed that she would wake up.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. family - they have supported me in everything I have done in my life, and have shaped me into the person I am today. we are a close bunch, and I love them dearly.
  2. art - my passion for dance has allowed me to go to school and continue persuing my passion in various jobs. I feel that I am constantly learning in dance
  3. friends - my few close friends keep me happy and positive, I can always trust them when I need help and guidance.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

Sometimes, I'm sensitive to things that normally wouldn't hurt one's feelings.

Originally from New Jersey, I moved to Orlando right before Christmas to start my dancing position with Disney. I also just recently dyed my hair brown (sorry, no pictures yet). My matches must be understanding of my career choices. My first love has always been dance. If they don't like it, then they don't like me. However, I am a hopless romantic. Flowers for no particular reason will really make my day!
