More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I am passionate about variety. You likely won't find me bored, and my senses revel in life's potpourri and diversity. I'm also passionate about finding ways to laugh.

The most influential person in my life has been

I believe in balance, so I can't name just one. I'm looking for someone that appreciates the importance of balance as well, values variety, is highly intelligent, and is more insightful than the average Joe. This person should be confident, have self awareness, and can see the potential for adventure in even the mundane.

The first thing people notice about me

Likely that I am not a fan of small talk.

The last book I read and enjoyed

I have a hard time keeping up with my New Yorker subscription, which I love and read cover to cover, so the books have taken a back seat. I always have Eckhart Tolle handy. I think the last book I read was likely something by David Sedaris.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Being able to maintain a childlike curiosity
  2. Being able to travel as much as I do
  3. Having food, water, shelter, health, and family

Friends Describe me as

Genuine, Good listener, Intelligent, Perceptive

A little more about me

I travel much for fun and do it mostly alone. I truly cherish those moments and would be sad to no longer have the opportunity. I also continually remind myself not to take people, moments, and experiences for granted. Additionally, I think it important to value the importance of keeping the wind in the sails of my partner, even with the simplest of intentions. I see many struggling relationships because each often takes the others partnership for granted.I've also taken up running. I'm getting better at it.
