More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

advancing my career, being outdoors, dining out, listening to a wide variety of music, traveling, workouts at the gym, casual get-togethers with friends, and just about anything barbequed

I typically spend my leisure time

meeting up with friends, being outdoors, dining out, at the gym, at a restaurant or bar with live music and dancing, helping someone with a home repair, trying to learn something new

The most influential person in my life has been

I'm interested in a woman who is looking to enjoy a good relationship, and sees life optimistically. Sincerity, sensuality, sense of humor, and intelligence are important to me - as is a woman who is active and likes to stay fit. A companion who is energetic with a spark for adventure, yet also enjoys quiet evenings at home. I'm looking forward to the next chapter in my life, and someone special to share it with.

The first thing people notice about me

I'm friendly and quick to engage in conversation with new acquaintances.

The last book I read and enjoyed

"Things I Overheard While Talking to Myself" by Alan Alda. It is written around a exceprts of speeches he delivered over the years. Since being saved by emergency surgery, he is looking to make the most of his second chance at life. He explains quite humbly that it's not what you do in life that matters - do it well, enjoy yourself and your time with others. Overall, a fun yet thought provoking read.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. my good health
  2. my responsible children
  3. common sense and resourcefulness

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

My toned, muscular body (ok, that was a frivolous exaggeration) but I do go to the gym to stay in good condition. ... oh, how about that I make an awesome meatloaf!

Friends Describe me as
