More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

The potential to create a new life for myself. I want so much to find my new best friend.I'd like to find someone I can love, who can love me wholeheartedly in return.

I typically spend my leisure time

I volunteer one day a week at the Council on Aging. I've been gathering my transcripts and have applied for college, and I've been researching the field of graphic design and web design. The field has changed since I majored in graphic design years ago, and I want to be prepared for the computer work I'll need to do. My art supplies are packed away preparatory to moving, as are my workshop items, so I have to table those hobbies until a later date. In the meantime, I enjoy watching movies, shopping, and touring Plymouth.

The most influential person in my life has been

Chemistry and love.

The first thing people notice about me

That I am smiling, and usually helping them in some way or having a friendly conversation with them.

The last book I read and enjoyed

Bad Dogs Have More Fun by John Grogan. John Grogan wrote a series of editorials for the Philadelphia Enquirer before he wrote Marley and Me. Bad Dogs Have More Fun is a compilation of his best editorials, and includes some works that were also included in the book Marley and Me. His humor is evident in the editorials, his political outrage, his road rage, and his compassion. In short, all the things that made Marley and Me great are in plentiful supply.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. I'm thankful that I can create a joyful, positive future.
  2. I'm thankful for my faith in God because it sees me through.
  3. I'm thankful for my creativity and ability to think outside the box.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

My ability to research the most fascinating facts about almost any topic.

A little more about me
